Dr. Ebere Sonoiki, MD, PhD
Co-founder and Executive Director
WDr. Ebere Sonoiki is a physician-scientist and experienced healthcare strategist with a background in anesthesiology, internal medicine, and biomedical research. She is currently a Resident Physician at Stanford.

Dr. Chiedu Okocha, MD
Member Advisory Council
Dr. Okocha brings 37 years of extensive medical experience across Nigeria and the United States. Board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, he specializes in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, and Telemedicine.

Dr. Iheanacho Emeruwa, MD, FACP, FACOG

Dr. Emeruwa currently serves as the President and CEO of APHF. Dr. Emeruwa began his medical training at Howard University where he received his MD. At Howard, Dr. Emeruwa received the runner-up award in the department of surgery for high scholastic achievement during his residency.

Prof Charles Obinna Njoku
Member Advisory Council
Professor Njoku holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Science degree and is a distinguished Fellow of both the West African College of Surgeons and the International College of Surgeons. He serves as the Chief Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist at the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital. Additionally, he is a Professor of Urogynaecology and Reproductive Medicine within the Faculty of Clinical Sciences at the University of Calabar, located in Cross River State, Nigeria. Professor Njoku also holds the position of Visiting Professor of Reproductive Medicine at Alex Ekwueme Federal Teaching Hospital in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, Nigeria.
