Adopt a family member or friend: Purchase a HealFast PROACTIVE CARE PLAN (PCP) on their behalf.

With only $20 per clinic visit or $80 for a 4-visit annual plan (one visit each quarter).

During each visit, we tackle any TWO of the following ailments:

  1. Malaria
  2. Typhoid
  3. Upper respiratory tract infections
  4. Urethra tract infections
  5. Cough & Catarrh
  6. Pre-Natal wellness check
  7. Post-Natal wellness check, mother & child
  8. Hi blood pressure medications
  9. Diabetes medications
  10. Wounds & tetanus injections

Plus a comprehensive physical exam to detect early warning signs of potential health issues.

Additional charges may apply for multiple illnesses, other required tests, or other medical complications.

Services are currently available to residents of Owerri North, West, and Municipal Local Government areas; delivered at our mobile clinic depots at Ogbo Oshishi Market, Naze.

  3. Quarterly visits

    Your beneficiary receives four clinical visits a year - treatment for covered ailments plus a comprehensive physical exam.

  4. Book the visit
